Calibration tiles are the cornerstone for accurate sizing tests.  Please send each tile sets back along with the corresponding unit, so that we can re-calibrate successfully and get your HST back in working order.

We always ship out new calibration tiles with all our new units, but if you lost your original tiles then don’t worry because we do offer replacement tile sets.  Send in the HST that has the lost tile set, and we will do our best to recalibrate it to a new tile set then requalify your unit to make sure it is measuring properly.
